Annual maintenance charge is:
2 bed dublex apartments A&B block      £ 800.00.-
3 bed Semi-detached Villas                  £ 1.500.00.-
4 bed private villas                               £ 1.750.00.-

*Maintenance covers the following:

• Daily gardening and watering all of plantet areas
• Daily cleaning of sunbeds, staircases and garden furnishing
• Daily cleaning of all outside terrace and entrances
• Daily cleaning of the swimming pool/filters
• Daily rubbish collection service
• Security all year around

The water/ aelectric bills insurance/ pool chemicals and house tax will be paid on your behalf.
